There are two ways to save time searching online for a property. One is to save your searches when you search for homes for sale on our web site. This is done by clicking on Home Watch during your MLS search for a home. This tool will save your search criteria. Then, each day, when a new listing comes on the market that matches your criteria, our system will notify you by email with a link to that property.
Once you click on the link, it will take you back to our website so you can view the property. Now, it is a new listing, it may not have a photo posted yet. That process may take a few days. If you want one quicker, just contact one of our real estate consultants (who are licensed Realtors) and ask them to take a photo or photos and email them to you. You will be assigned a personal real estate consultant from our team when you register and save your searches.
